skreyola's Review Review: I thoroughly enjoyed this show. There were a lot of really sweet parts, and the behaviors didn't feel contrived the way a lot of romantic comedies do. The characters were very sympathetic and fun to watch, and I liked the way the show fulfilled the promises the early arc made. I highly recommend it, with appropriate caveats to people who are sensitive to violence or language. Content notes: Taiga is quite violent. There's a knock-down drag-out fistfight in one episode. Ryuji and Taiga both say a number of mild swears. Taiga is shown in a very provocative way (holding a sheet to cover her nude body) in someone's dream at one point. One of the guys appears nude (but covered or off-screen) in front of a mixed group once. |
