GeneD's Review Violence / Gore: A lot of deaths are shown onscreen and since they're usually the deaths of people fighting titans they are graphic. There's lots of blood from both humans and titans and half eaten or broken bodies are shown regularly. Nudity / Sexual Content: The titans are all nude, but have barbie doll anatomy and a few have no skin. They're not portrayed in a sexualized way at all. Theological Themes: There is a religious cult who worship the walls, they're seen as fanatic but growing in influence. Negative Themes: A few cases of alcohol use. The show is generally dark, lots of trauma and death, although there are a few breakthroughs from the hopelessness and they tend to be epic. |
