GeneD's Review Violence / Gore: After episode 7 the show undergoes a drastic shift in direction and ramps up the violence. Battles range all the way from fistfights to giant robots and there’s a fair amount of blood throughout. The most violent scenes include people’s limbs being severed, decapitation and characters being shot or stabbed in the chest. One villain King Torture lives up to his name, torturing characters on screen. Nudity / Sexual Content: Hazama is shown naked a few times, his behind is seen but the rest is strategically covered. Moe (girl) has an obvious crush on Mari (girl) and they kiss a few times. Theological Themes: A entity shows up in one episode calling itself the “Will of the Universe”. Negative Themes: Some swearing. Gotou smokes throughout. |
