Zeldafan2's Review This was a great conclusion to a already excellent title. Beautiful animation, excellent computer animation, and a gripping music score, this film was, I would have to say, the best chapter of the Haruhi series. Violence/Gore: A character punches another, but its more like self defense, and it isn't anything that serious. The climax is where all the blood and violence (which doesn't happen for too long. The violence I mean.) could be too much for some viewers. Nudity/Sexual content: None except at the beginning where Kyon and the viewer see Mikuru's panties, but Kyon only saw them by accedent. This cause Haruhi to labe him a perv. Potentially problematic Theological themes: Haruhi is still a god like character and Spoiler: the world is remade by Yuki Nagato. The film does have a lot to do with this. Other Potentially Problematic themes: Kyon is still partially dirty mouthed, as da** and h*** are common. ba***** is also used once. Sub vs. dub: I have only watched the dub, but the sub may have less cursing. |
